Essaouira's new wind-surfing and surfing school, Essaouira Nautique, is based at the RIAD ZHARA Hotel just a stone's throw from the beach. It helps you learn or perfect your skills in these sports on the vast strand of the city of the Alizées. The school is run by Younnes BAQQIOUI, a young Souiri, IKO diploma, member of Team North Kiteboarding, 9th in World Championship at Port Leucate 2006 (freestyle), Moroccan Vice Champion 2006, 8th in Spanish Championship 2007, 5th in Andalousian Championship 2007 (freestyle) and for 5 years a teacher of windsurfing and surfing at Club Mistral at Tarifa as well as Brazil, Thailand, Egypt and Venezuela. Essaouira Nautique's team is made up of IKO staff with IKO diplomas and 4 years' experience, which means all will help you practice this sport safely, whatever your level of skill.
